Turn the Pressure to Use AI Into Systems That Drive Results.
Structured AI architecture and implementation built around measurable business outcomes.
Beranguard is an AI architecture and consulting firm specializing in structured AI and automation implementation.
We guide projects from initial evaluation through implementation using a defined, phased approach.
Common Use Cases
AI & AUTOMATION
-
AI systems that absorb repetitive administrative and operational workload.
Converting meeting or call notes into structured records automatically
Creating follow-up tasks and reminders without manual entry
Updating deal, case, patient, or project status based on activity
Logging communications across systems without double entry
Flagging missing information before it creates downstream issues
-
Customer-facing systems that turn engagement into qualified pipeline.
Qualifying inbound leads before they reach your team
Guiding prospects to the right service, product, or next step
Capturing structured intake data instead of free-form inquiries
Prioritizing high-intent prospects automatically
Reducing response time from inquiry to follow-up
-
Structured automation that increases output and consistency.
Turning one piece of content into multiple channel-ready assets
Personalizing outreach based on behavior or lifecycle stage
Generating performance summaries without manual reporting
Routing approvals through defined checkpoints automatically
Identifying campaign underperformance before budget is wasted
AI is not the starting point. Performance is.
We assess where time is lost, where data breaks down, and where revenue slows. Then we help you implement targeted systems to address those constraints.
Across industries, most implementations fall into three practical categories.

OUR PROCESS
Learn about our structured implementation process and how we move from diagnosis to deployment without experimentation.
Prefer to Work
Independently?
Most AI and automation projects fail quietly because people try to use those tools before they’re ready. This costs significant time, money, and brand reputation.
Our proprietary workbooks guide you through structured evaluation before committing to implementation.
Optional 1:1 consultant-led validation sessions are available.
Complete clarity on both fronts.
Get both workbooks and tackle your highest-priority initiatives with confidence - whether that's automation, AI, or both.
What's included
Automation Readiness Workbook
Identify automation opportunities
Assess process complexity and data requirements
Determine your technical capacity and risk tolerance
AI Readiness Workbook
Identify AI use cases

Stop publishing content that sounds like everyone else.
This guide helps individuals and teams build a repeatable system for creating consistent, on-brand content every time they use generative AI.
What it is
A structured framework for defining your brand standards, building better prompts, and catching problems before you hit publish.
This includes fillable templates that walk you through:
Documenting your brand voice, audience, and content standards
Building a reusable prompt template you can copy into every AI session
Avoiding the most common mistakes that make AI content look amateur
Running a pre-publish quality check on everything before it goes live
What it's not
Not a tool-specific tutorial for any particular AI platform
Not an advanced prompting course
Not an enterprise AI governance policy
Not designed to eliminate the need for human editing
Who it's for
Solo operators, small teams, and in-house agencies who are:
Using AI for content but getting inconsistent or generic results
Spending too much time rewriting AI output after the fact
Worried about accuracy, voice, or brand risk
Looking for a simple system instead of another list of prompt hacks
Who it's not for
Teams that need formal AI governance or compliance policy
People who haven't started using AI tools yet and need a basics tutorial
Anyone expecting AI to replace their editorial judgment
Investment: 1–2 hours to complete your brand brief and prompt template.
Result: A documented brand standard and reusable prompt system that makes every AI session faster and more consistent.
About Us
Hi, we’re Josh and Lindsey. We’ve spent the better part of two decades working in marketing and advertising. We started our careers during print and billboards and evolved with the industry over the years. For the past decade, we have built and run a successful video production studio, producing broadcast commercials and social media video campaigns for SMEs and Fortune 500 companies worldwide. We were early adopters of AI and automation in our production studio, and we credit these tools and systems for playing a crucial role in our success and growth.
Over the last couple of years, we saw early signs of the shift in advertising - from consolidating AORs to brands building in-house agencies and production companies, and the ubiquitous adoption of creator content. As we continued to implement strategic AI systems in our business to stay competitive, we received interest from some of our partners and clients who recognized the value of AI for their organizations but needed help bridging the knowledge gap. We began working with our partners to help them realize what we had realized, and at the end of 2025, we went all-in on this mission.
We know the difference between what’s possible and what’s profitable. Our work is led by Josh Hasty, a PMI-CPMAI-certified consultant, and together we have developed a proprietary framework that prioritizes business and technology alignment above all else.
Our mission is to help our clients, new and old, navigate this fast-moving terrain efficiently, effectively, and ethically, without running in the wrong direction because of hype or getting left behind because of fear.
Our Projects Are:
- Built on SOC 2 Type II–audited platforms.
- Designed with HIPAA compliant tools.
- Deployed within client-owned environments.
- Insured by Cyber Security coverage.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
We evaluate three things: your process maturity, your data quality and availability, and your specific use case. AI requires good data and clear processes. If those aren't in place, we'll recommend automation or process improvements first. Many businesses need to crawl before they run.
If you want a quick assessment, we offer a free AI Clarity Quiz at the top of our website. This will help you understand if you’re ready for AI or alternative solutions.
-
Our implementations are designed so customer data remains within systems you own and control. We build inside enterprise-grade platforms that maintain established security standards (such as SOC 2 Type II), and we do not host or retain customer datasets outside your environment.
Access is granted through client-authorized credentials, limited to the duration of the engagement, and revoked at handoff. We do not train AI models on client data, and we carry Professional Liability and Cyber coverage to support responsible implementation.
Security is built into the architecture, not added after deployment.
-
No, and anyone who tells you they can is stealing your money.
AI models like ChatGPT don't take payments for mentions and don't guarantee specific business recommendations (they will tell you this directly if you ask).
We focus on what is controllable: your content, structure, data, and positioning so your business is easier to understand and surface naturally.
-
We don’t recommend tools in isolation. Tools come last, after goals, data, risk, and ownership are defined. The right tools depend entirely on your business, not what’s trending.
-
It means our work follows a globally recognized framework for delivering AI projects responsibly - focused on business outcomes, data readiness, risk management, and long-term sustainability, not experiments.
